We take pride in the quality and durability of our stainless steel jewelry. Each piece is designed to be worn daily and made to last. For this reason, we offer a Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects and material faults for the entire lifetime of the product.
What the Warranty Covers
Our lifetime warranty applies to the following:

Manufacturing defects

Breakage or cracking caused by a production flaw

Fading, tarnishing, or discoloration that occurs under normal use

Structural defects in clasps, chains, links, and fastenings
If any of the above occurs, we will replace the item free of charge or, if no longer available, provide store credit of equal value.
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, abrasions)

Accidental damage, dropping, bending, or improper storage

Chemical exposure (perfume, harsh cleaning products, chlorine, bleach, etc.)

Non-approved repairs, alterations, or resizing

Loss or theft

Damage caused by improper handling (e.g., force pulling, stretching chains)
Please note: plated details, freshwater pearls, natural stones and other non-steel decorative parts may follow standard warranty periods unless stated otherwise.
Care & Usage
Although stainless steel is highly durable, we still recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, excessive force, and long-term storage in humid environments to maximize longevity.

Once reviewed, we will inform you of the next step. In some cases, the item may need to be returned for assessment. Return shipping costs for warranty claims may apply unless the damage is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.
