 Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your jewelry, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may be eligible to return your item(s) in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Right to Withdraw — 14 Days

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and request a return within 14 days from the date you received your order. You must notify us in writing before the withdrawal period ends. After your request is accepted, you will have 14 additional days to ship the item(s) back to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with original packaging, including box, pouch, tags, and any included certificates or gifts

  • Free of scratches, marks, odors, or signs of wear

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be rejected or refunded at a reduced value based on condition.

Hygiene Notice / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrectly supplied:

  • Custom, engraved, or personalized items

  • Made-to-order or specially sourced items

  • Items marked as Final Sale at checkout

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the decision.
If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
Original shipping fees, gift wrapping, and customs charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible depending on stock availability. If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Item

If you received an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
